“You’re an impatient generation.”
“Weren’t you?”
“Yes, we were, very. Oh, don’t be so impatient, Comrade Engineer. We’ve come very far, very fast.”
“Yes, I know that, Comrade General.”
“Yes, but do you know what it cost? There were children in those days who lived off human flesh. Did you know that?”

Doctor Zhivago, До́ктор Жива́го

I just want to watch Beauty and the Beast =(

But every single site I found has had all of the movies shut off by FBI or whatever and I can’t watch it and I’m just so sad and WHY OH WHY I’m just in the right mood to watch it and I know tomorrow won’t be the same you know ‘cause I want to watch it and I want to watch it now why oh why I hate life

Les temps sont durs pour les rêveurs.
Times are hard for dreamers.

Tonight I watched Gladiator for like the umpteenth time.

It’s been so long since I last watched it, the first time in English though (still trying to improve my awful listening skills).
I love it. I love it so much.
Russel Crowe is a talented actor, and the way they portrayed Rome kinda makes me nostalgic and makes me want to go back there again. The Colosseum, the streets, the Roman Forum; everytime I go there I feel like I’m breathing history.
I can watch a thousand movies but I’ll always be fond of this one.
Maybe because in the past I used to watch it with my brother; we sat there in awe the whole time, only to sit up together at one point of the movie to recite: “My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, Commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions, loyal servant to the true emperor, Marcus Aurelius.”
Nostalgic movie is nostalgic.

Outside it’s cold and pitch black

but I am in my room, shoulders wrapped in my warmest blanket, reading yaoi and listening to music while drinking apple tea.
My friend asked me to go out but I refused, because I’m such a nerd and I prefer staying home and reading yaoi instead of socially interact with people I already know.
And then I’ll watch a movie and empathize with some random character and then I’ll read a book until tomorrow morning because tomorrow is Sunday and I don’t have to go to university.
